D. Speicheldrüsen.
1. Die Speicheldrüsen bestehen aus jederseits zwei Lappen, einem kleinen Vorderlappen und einem
großen Hinterlappen.
2. Der Hinterlappen bestellt aus Deck- und Hauptzellen, der Vorderlappen aus Deckzellen.
3. Beide Zellarten bilden in hellen Sekretblasen ein flüssiges Sekret, bei den Hauptzellen tr itt während
der Sekretbildung eine Änderung der Farbreaktion des Plasmas ein, bei den Deekzellen
nicht.
4. Beim Hungertier sind fast alle Zellen in Bereitschaft, mit Sekretblasen gefüllt, sonst finden wir
nie ein Stadium bevorzugt, sämtliche Sekretionsstadien bestehen vielmehr nebeneinander. So
kommt der unterbrochene Speichelstrom zustande.
