C’eft un fous-arbrifleau pubefcent & haut de
deux pieds ; les feuilles font ternées , linéaires ,
droites, & un peu ciliées. Les fleurs terminent
les petits rameaux , font prefque folitaires, &
portées fur des pédoncules fort çourts. Elles ont
un calice de quatre folioles lancéolées, trois fois
plus courtes que la corolle, 8c ouvertes ou réfléchies
; une corolle campanulée, obtufe, purpurine
, & aflez fèmblable à celle du Muguet de
Mai ( eonvallaria Majalis'). Les étamines ni le
ftyle ne fortent point de la corolle. Cette plante
croît au Cap de Bonne-Efpérance. J? •

fbus. Les fleurs font éparfes , folitaires ,. peu
nombreufes , rouges , & ont leur corolle pampa-
nulée , liffe & obtufe. Le calice eft foarieux J à
folioles lancéolées, & une fois plus court que la
corolle. Les étamines ni le ftyle ne fortent point
de la fleur. Cette plante croît au Cap de Bonne-
Efpérance. •

glabres , 8c un peu ouvertes -, elles ont plus d’une
ligne de longueur. Les fleurs font purpurines,
viennent en ombelles terminales , & ont leur ço<-
tplie pampanulée-globuleufe. Les étamines ni le
ftyle ne fortent point de la fleur. Cette plante
