 specimens, which I  refer here,  and which are smaller  and more  robust, and  rarely,  if at  
 all,  bipinnate ;  especially a “ W.  crenata and W.  canescens,”  of Mandón,  from  Bolivia,  
 alt  2 700-8,800 mètres,  “ Cistopteris vestita, Rr.,” from Brazil,  and an unnamed plant irom  
 Venezuela, Funck & Schlim,  n.  981  the  peculiarities may,  however,  arise from great  
 elevation  or other circumstances.
