Pileus 1 in. across, reddish brown, ciEspitose; stem 2 in. IngK o’’ “ ore,
above 1 line thick, pale rufous below, the whole covered with white mealy
pubesoenoe. Probably this is a true Uarasmius. I t is of a much drier
texture than usual in Agaricus.
