JT E N G T H five inches. Bill flout, and of a dulky flelh-
colour : the head, throat, and all the fore part of the neck,,
as far as the bread, black : the upper half of the neck behind, the
fides of it, and all the under parts, o f a fine yellow, inclining to,
orange on the bread: the red o f the bird pale olive-green: wings-
and tail darker, edged with yellow : legs flelh-colour.
