This pretty plant is of hybrid origin, and was raised
from seed at the Nursery of Mrs. More, in the King’s-
road; from its elegant blush petals, there can be no doubt
but one of its parents was a white flowered sort, and the
other a light red one, which would produce the colour of
the flowers of the present subject. It forms a handsome
compact bushy plant, and makes a fine appearance when
covered with its delicate flowers, that are produced in succession
a great part of the year, thriving well in a rich light
soil; and cuttings, planted in pots, and placed in a shady
