lobis dorso vel incrassatis vel cornigeris. Semina compressa,
1-serialia, sæpius marginata. Cotyledones planæ, accumbentes.
Herbæ aut rarissime suffrutices, erecta aut diffusa,
ramosa, fere omnes tomento stellato molli albida, interdum
glandulis suhpedicellatis scabra. Folia alterna, oblonga, ìntegra
aut dentato-sinuata. Racemi terminales. Pedicelli ebracteati.
