 corners  of the mouth  orange :  irides whitilh :  head  and throat  
 black:  over  the  eye  a  fulvous  dripe,/from  the  noftrils  to  the  
 hind head :  hind  part  of  the  neck,  the  back,  and  fcapulafs,  fine  
 green  :  throat,  neck,  bread,  belly,  Tides,  and  thighs,  fulvous:  
 under  the  wings  black :  leffer  wing  coverts  fhining’blue  green ;  
 greater  ones  the  fame  as  the  back :  quills  black ;  on 'the -fix  firft  
 a white fpot  about  the  middle :  tail  not above  an  inch  in  length,'  
 black,  tipped with  green :  legs  long,  orange :  claws  dirty  red.

 is  not  black,  as  in  the  lad,  but  only  three  bands  of that  colour  
 ;  one  of  which  begins  at  the  bafe  of  the  upper mandibley  
 pafling over  the  crown o f  the head, and down  the  neck, quite  to  
 the backi  and: one on each fide of the head, beginning  at  the corner  
 of the mouth, and pading under the  eye, down the fides of the  
 neck,  to, the  back :  above  the  eye  is  a  dripe  of  orange  brown;  
 through  the  eye  a  white  line,  and  another  of  white  under  the  
 black  line  on the  fides  of the  neck;  fo  that  the  lucceflion of  colours  
 on  each  fide,  beginning  from  the  black  at  the  top,  is  
 orange brown,  white,  black,  and  again white :.  the  back and wing  
 coverts  are  green :.  tail  coverts  and  leffer  wing  coverts  blue  
 green:  quills  and tail black;  the  fird white  in the middle,  tipped  
 with  yellowiih;  the  fecond  with  green :  all  beneath,  from  the  
 throat  to  the  tail,  is  buff-colour;  reddilh  near  the  vent :  legs-  
 reddifii yellow.
