a Tory good sort, and bearing much fruit. Saw a few lime trees, and

medicinally by the natives of Bengal, iii fevers ; it is a powerful" astringent,
and bitter : another, is the species from which terra jnpoidca is
made ; a medicine, the history of which Wie are but‘lately made acf-v
quainted with. The third spetSe^ is welt known as the sensitive pMn%,
and common in Bengal.
