Conidien: 1) Aus den Schlauchsporen dureh Keimung in Wa s s e r entwickeln
sich spärliche Mycelien, welche sichelförmige Conidien abschnüren,
die kleiner als die Schlauchsporen sind, farblos und einzellig bleiben (Brefeld).
2) Septoria Populi Desmazières auf lebenden Blät tern schwarze, kuglige Frucht körper,
gesellig, auf weissen, scharf begrenzten Flecken. Conidien sichelförmig,
45 y lang, 3 y breit mi t Querscheidewand in der Mitte. (Von Brefeld aus
den Schlauchsporen in Nähr lösung gezüchtet.)

0,13 mm breit, s c h w a r z durch die Oberhaut durchscheinend. S c h l ä u c h e
zahlreich in jedem Fruchtkörper, c y l i n d r i s c h , nach unten in einen kurzen
Stiel verschmälert, 40—50 y l a n g , 5—7 y b r e i t . S p o r e n 2relhig, l ä n g l i c h -
e i f ö rm i g , 9—10 fl l a n g , 3—4 y b r e i t , in der Mitte m i t e i n e r Q u e r s

Als Conidienfrucht ist sehr wahrscheinlich Septoria Stellariae Westendorp
