s itua tions in various jia rts o f Suffolk, as well as very abundantly upon rocks a t T u nbridge
Wells.—Mr. Lyell has also discovered i t in tlie New F o re st, Hampshire, whe re he has
obsei-ved th e male fi-uctification to be produced in November. T h e female is found in
tlie early sp rin g months.
