Autoicous, gregarious or cæspitulose, fastigiate, branched a t top,
dull green. Le a v e s cirrhoso-cr ispa te when d iy , e recto-patent when

lineal-lanceolate, densely and minutely papillose at b ack, margin
involute, nerve strong, excurrent in a mucro, basal cells smooth,
