Presl seems to have reduced the old genus Grammitis with much judgment. He still
divides it into 3 groups. § I. XrPHOPTr-nls (Auct.) Gr. serrnlata., Gr. myosnroides, and
Gr. setosa § II. CimorTEKts. Gr. Biliardieri, Willd., and Gr. linearis, Am.— and § II I.
E ugrammit is , to which belong Gr. furcata. Hook, et Grev. Gr. totta, Presl. Gr. Blumeana,
P r. Gr. obtusata, P r. Gr. villosa, Pr. Gr. polypodioides, P r. Gr. Linkiana, P r. Gr.
asplenioides, Pr., and Gr. severa, Pr. :— all, except the first, are Gymnogramme of authors.
