The sepals and petals are pale yellowish-green spotted with dull red. The lip is
white or pale pink spotted profusely on the side- and end-lobos with pale icd.

Pseudo-süm short. Leaves nan-owly linear, acuminate, slightly expanded and eqiiitant
at the baso; length 18 to 24 in., breadth '65 to -75 iu. Inflorescence axillary, dcciu-ved,
about as long as the leaves; the peduncle longer than the raceme, clothed to the
apex by a few lanceolate acuminate convolute sheaths 4 to 6 iu. long; ráceme
imbricately and densely flowered; floral Iract membranous, minute. Flowers 1-5 to 175
in. long and only about -G in. across. Sepals and petals sub-equal, erect, oblanceolateobloug,"
acute or sub-acute and slightly concave at the tips. Lip as long as the petals,
narrowly oblong; the side lobes near the apes, incurved, rounded; the disc between
them with two narrow parallel ridges united at the apex and with a large pubescent
callus at the base; the apical lobe small, sub-orbicular or obcordate, undulate, incurved.
Cohnin long, slender, slightly pubescent at the base in front, the apes slightly cm-ved

The flowers of this aro usually of a pale lemon yellow, the lamellae of the lip
being of a cadmium yellow. Occasionally the sepals are flushed "with pink or brown,
and still more rai'ely tho flowers are nearly white.

The sepals and petals are of a didl brown flushed with green, tho lip is ochraceous
yellow minutely specklcd with bro-\vn and the colmnn is pale greeu.

sub-equal, ohlong-Ianceolate, about 2 in. long, the latter narrower than the sepals and
with slightly recurred apices. Lip minutely pubescent, nearly as long as the petals,
nnrrow, oblong; the side lobes long, shallow, erect, their apices acute and directed outwards;
apical lobe sub-orbicular, undulate and irregularly crenate; the disc between the
side lobes with two smooth liuncUaj converging and ending at the base of the apical lobe.

Tho prevailing colour iu the flowers of this is wliite; the sepals and petals, especially
toward their apices, being flushed with pink. The lip is yellowish externally and the
lamellffi on its disc are orangc-coloured. The column is greenish. The flowers ai'e
sweet-scented.
