T h e back, belly, legs and feelers of this; Spider Were o f an orange
tawny, the upper part o f the belly-having a broad fl.ripe of. a brown
colour from the back to the tail fpotted' with white ; the, legs .were
hairy and fpotted with a dark colour; thé feelers were fpotted. It
had fix eyes Handing as they are placed in the copper Plate. It was
found, at the latter end o f Augujl, in Bijhaps-Wood.

T h e back, belly, legs and feelers o f this Spider were o f a dark
yellowifh hair-colour, without fpots or marks, only the middle o f
the back excepted, which had two lines ending in a point next!the
b e lly ; its feelers were flender. ; It had eight eyes Handing as they are
placed in the copper Plate. It was taken in the lower part o f an un-
finifhed building at May-Fair near Hide-Park corner, at the beginning

T h e back o f this Spider was o f a light yellowifh brown with two
or three fhadows acrofs i t ; the upper fide o f the belly white, with a
large mark o f light brown, reaching from the middle to the lower end
o f the b e lly ; the legs were party-coloured; the firft and laH joints o f a
hair-colour; the middle joints o f a bright red, and fpotted with a dark
hair-colour at the'ënds o f each jo in t: its'feelers were flender. It had
eight eyesrfianding as they are placed in th'e copper Platé. It was taken
jn Bijfhops-fFbpd, at the beginning o f September.
