a rtm en t of Oajaca, at an altitu d e of from five to six thousand
feet, also in the neigh b o u rh o o d o f Omegncn of Climautla, in
th e D ep a rtm en t o f I ’uebla, at an altitu d e of from seven to
eig h t thousand feet.
Ga lleotti found it at Rio G ran d e do Lerma.
T h e form of th e frond is triangula r-o b lo n g , glabrous, b ip in natifid,
th e pinnæ being sub-opposite, sessile, and p rofoundly
pinnatifid.
Segments linear-oblong; apex acuminate and sinuato-dentatc.
Stipes paleaceous at th e base.
L e n g th o f frond from twelve to e ighteen inches. Colour
above deep g re en , ben e a th covered with a white farinose powder.
