A common species, easily cultivated, and propag a tin g readily
from spores.
F ro n d s p innate, lanceolate in form, th e pinnæ being sub-
sessile, falcate, and sub-cordate-lauceolate. Lower pinnæ remote,
the termina l one entire and caudate, acute, margin dentate.
T h e rachis glanduloso-pubescent.
Stipes near the base scaly.
