interior contains 24 slides (3x1 inch). These contain botanic
specimens, with several of diatoms, named in manuscript on
labels, e.g.: Pleurosigma Angulata test; P. Elongatum test;
Surella Gemina test; P. Attennata test; Potassium tartrate, etc.
2. Modern card box containing five slides (3x1 inch), by Bourgogne,
and two smaller slides from Germany, inscribed: MI-
KROSCOPISCHES INSTITUT C. RODIG VERDIENST
MEDAILLE WIEN 1873. HAMBURG. Also one rough glass
specimen.
