EMPALEMENT. Cup double : the outer cm
is three-leaved ; the inner one four-leaved: tit
leaflets are broadly ovate at the base, and on 111
upper part awl-shaped.
BLOSSOM club-shaped and green: the segments
o f the border are upright.
CHIVES. Eight linear threads : tips beardless
without the blossom, and black.
