Rate the whole brood o f caterpillars keep together, b u t difperfe as th ey grow
large. I t is n o t very common in any Rate, and b u t feldom feen on th e w ing.
This fpccies is acknowledged by Fabricius to have reverfed wings, and if he had feen the
.caterpillar and chryfahe, with thofe of the preceding, he would certainly have clafled them
together. We have determined this to be his B. Stigma on the authority o f Dr. Hunter’s
Mufeum.
