A species resembling G. magBeli^petab, Maingay; but difloring from that in its
smaller flowers, leaves pubescent underneath, and more hairy carpels The sepals in this

S accompany one of the Perak specimens, I gather that the outer petals lengthen
much after the Lpansion of the bud and probably measu« as much as 2 inches whil
iheir shapo becomes linear-obtuse. In the accompanying drawing I show the shape of
the petals as they are found in a far-advanced bud.

A species known by only a few imperfect specrmcns. According to Griffith, the
wood of this species resembles that of a Menisperm. Kurz gives this as a native of
the Andamans; but I have seen no specimen from those islands.
