Subordo IV. C/ESALPINEJE. Flores plus minus irreguläres, nunc papilionacei
nunc smpiüs subrosacei. Petala per aestivationem irregulariter imbricata nee valvata,
interdüm nulla, nunquam inter se coalita. Stamina plus minus inaequalia, semper pe-
rigyna, saepiüs libera, rariüs filamentis concreta (in Geoffraeis). Embryonis recti
plumula saepiüs conspicua magna. DC. l.c.p. 473.

gyna, subaequalia raro subpapilionacea, per aestivationem imbricata. Stamina dis-

high. Branches smooth, slightly angular, tinged with a glossy
