In tro d u c ed into the Royal Gardens, Kew, in the year 1841.
Fro n d s deeply pinnatifid and linear-lanceolate. Pinnæ opposite,
elongate, acuminate, membranaceous, and from ten to twelve
pairs.
Veins arcuately anastomosing, and with ex cn rren t venules
terminating in the areoles, and bearing sporangia on their
combined apices.
Sori naked, circular, uniserial, medial, prominent, about twenty-
five pairs on each segment, and orange yellow in colour.
