Native of Brazil.
Eronds somewhat coriaceous, glabrous. Pin n a te and liucar-lan-
ceolate. A pex pinnatifid; pinnæ moderately approximate. Fronds
much acuminated. Pinnæ decurrent, from the base very unequal,
auriculate ou both sides. From behind the auricules upwards
shortened, bended-lanceolate form, the lowest deflexed. The
pinnæ pinnatifid, and sinuato-dentatc; laciniæ oblong-falcate.
Sori minute and irregular.
The midrib rounded beneath, sulcate above; reddish in colour.
