Native of the Alalayan Archipelago and ,Tava.
F ronds pinnatifid, segments alternate, except near the apex
of the fronds, -whore opposite, width less both towards the apex
and base. Lincar-lanceolate; segments also linear-lanceolate.
The narrow d e cu rren t portion which joins the midrib gives the
frond a curious appearance. Alembranaceous.
L ength of frond th irty inches, four only of which is naked.
AVidth in widest p a rt nine inches. Colour pale green.
