! villages ; it is the capital of Urangwa, a district in Unya-
[ mwezi. Crossed en route 3 streams flowing westerly.
S. E. Road leads through forest. Serombo’s present king
is called Ndera, the son of the late king, Makaka. A
very large palisaded town, fortified also by ditches.

tributes are exceedingly heavy, and the people are dis-
