Mruji is a sub-chiePs village E. N. by N. from Buka Bay.
(March over a pastoral country to Buzu, head of Buka Bay.

Halfway from Namuryango, after crossing a running stream
and a broad marsh a mile wide, reach Banda, ancient
capital of Suna, where Mtesa met Speke and Grant.
Ulagalla is Mtesa’s old capital, situated on the slope of
a hill looking towards Rubaga, the new capital; they
are a mile and a half apart. Country picturesque and
productive.
/■Road leads from Ulagalla through Rubaga to Ruweza', a
village situate N.W. end of Murchison Bay. Near Ruweza
{ the country is picturesque, and the sources of Myanja
I river, which empties into the Mwerango, are found near
