The head, thorax and aldomen are black,
thinly covered with hair of a dirty buff.
The latter, tho' almoft naked on the upper
fide, is thickly clothed on- the under, and,
inftead of turning downward, berds or turns
upward, as if it was inverted: and the underfide
upward.
L a tete, le corcekt, & Vabdomen font noirschétivement
couverts de poils d'un jaune
foncé fale. Ce dernier quoique prefque nud
fur la partie fupérieure, eft épaiflliTement
garni fous les deffous, & au lieu de tourner
en bas, tourne en deffus, comme s'il étoit
renverfé, & le deffous en deffus.

The bead, ihorax and abdomen are totally
black and naked, except the face, which is
of a filver white, and in the lhape oi a
Shield.
La tete, le corcelet, & l'abdomen font entièrement
noirs, & nuds, excepté U^face
qui eft d'un blanc d'argent, & de la forme
d'un bouclier.

The heady ihorax and abdomen are black,
havino- a few whitiih hairs about them •, but
the latter is well clothed on the underfide
with hair of a brown orange colour. The
wings are clear.
La tele, le corcelet, & Vabdomen font nmrs
& ont quelques poils blanch-âtres-, mais le
deiïous de ce dernier eft bien garni de poils
de couleur d'un brun orange. Les atles
font claires.
