T h e fronds are b i-trip in n a te , glabrous, and coriaceous. T h e
pinnules broadly-lanceolate, acuminate, and atten u a ted , mostly
sub-opposite or a lte rn a te ; profoundly pinnatifid, sessile, w ith few
small scales beneath. Segments linear-oblong and se rra ted , those
n e x t th e rachis pinnatifid.
Sori v ery copious, occupying a lobe, and n e a rly as b ro ad as
th e space between th e costa and the m a rg in ; orange yellow in
colour. In d u sium c ircu la r, shining, and membranaceous.
