The terminal spots on the greater wing-coverts are as white as in adults, but those on the median
wing-coverts are pale rusty orange.
The figure in the Plate represents the type specimen in the British Museum, which has also
been figured on a smaller scale (three-fourths natural size) in the * Catalogue of the Birds in the
British Museum,’ vol. v. pi. xii.
