its Face white, with a mixture of reddiih
brown: the Head and upper part of the Body
of a fulvous or reddiih brown colour:
the Wings are of the fame colour, except
that they are verged about with white, have
fome white fpots on the QuillTf@athers, and
five larger white fpots on the upper part
of each wing: the Breaft and Belly is dusky
white, intermix’d with reddiih brown Tea--
thers: the Tail dark-brown, a little longer,
than the wings: the T.egs/and Feet lighi*
brown, feather’d and hairy down to' the
toes, armed with four femicircular black
Tallons.

auffi jaunes, ou d’un brün rougeâtre; les
ailes font de la même couleur, excepté
q f elles font bordées de blanc, & il y a
quelques taches blanches fu r les grandes
plumes, êÿ cinq autres taches blanches
plus grandes au haut dè chaque aile ; la
poitrine & le ventre font dé un blanc ob-
fcur mêlé d’un brun rougeâtre ; la queüe
d’un brun noir, & un peu plus longue
que tes ailés pies jambes & les piés dm
brun clair, garnis de plumes, & velu juf-
qu’aux doigts, qui font armés de quatre
ongles noires en demi cercle.
