Papilio Epius and Papilio Demoleus are fo fimilar in their marks and colours, th at moft authors have
confounded one fpecies with the other. Papilio Epius is chiefly diftinguiflied by the red fpot in the interior
margin o f the lower wings, having no blue eye-lhaped mark above it.
