In Oymnogramma villosa the fronds are two feet long; in
form they are bipinnatifid, reclining, with linear-lanceolate
acuminate pinna;, and ra th e r egg-shaped b lu n tly acuminated
segments.
T h e sori are medial, oblique, and oblong.
T he rhizoma is csspitose and creeping, and the fronds are
lateral.
I t is a rare species in cultivation in E n g la n d , and requires
to be grown in a stove.
G. villosa is a native of Brazil.
I t requires plenty of pot-room to cultivate it successfully.
