S capes as long as the leaf-stalk, upright, slightly
hairy, with short pedicels.
Calyx large, reflexed; P etals rather large,
obovate; S tamens of moderate length, with perfect
anthers.
Fruit of good size, with a neck, a lengthened
cone in shape, bright shining scarlet. Grains
prominent. Flesh firm, red, very rich, and high
flavoured.
