cultivation.
An evergreen stove species.
Native of the East Indies—Java and Mauritius.
Fronds glabrous, broadly lanceolate in form, and pinnate.
Pinnæ linear, narrow, and acuminate; petiolulate. Base sub-
cordate, bluntly crenate, with rounded serrate segments.
Stipes scaly; scales dark brown in colour.
Fronds terminal.
Rhizoma fasciculate and erect.
