radicans.
Folia bifaria, horizontalia, facie inferiore caulis inserta, rigida, nitida, nrcte disposita, acinaciformia, obtusa, Uiieis
tribus longitudinalibus notata, linea centrali e costa obscura, integerrima vel serrulata, intense viridia, subtus
paliidiora.
Stipula; foliis quintuplo minores, facie superiore caulis inse rte , appressoe, liberæ, foliis alteniantes, ovate, acutæ,
tenuissime marginatæ, se rrulate, costatæ, costa longe product«, cuspidate.
Spicæ ad apices ramorum, solitarioe vel binoe, vix unciam longæ, tetraquetræ, e squamis viridibus, rigidis, ovatis,
acute cai-inatis, imbricatis, patentibus, acutissimis, serrulatis, costa ad apicem attingente, dorso serrulata.
Capsulæ ovato-rotundate, flavæ, squamis breviores, nxillares, solitariæ.
