Frondes coriaceæ, ubique densissime piloso-stellatoe, tomentosæ, dorso virides, subtus incanæ; steriles, nostris
speciminibus, nunc fere exacte ovales, obovatæ vel oblongæ, integerrimoe, vix sesquiunciam longæ; fertiles
lineares, vel Iineari-lanceolatæ, sterilibus duplo longiores, integerrimæ, basi attenuatæ, apice obtusiusculoe;
omnes costatæ, costa subtus prominente.
Sori præcipue versus extremitatem frondis prominentes, fusci, approximati et subconflueiUes.
Capsulæ, p ili stellati stipitati et semina fere omnino iit in N. bicolore.
