Caudex, u t videtur, repens, radiculas fibrosas emittens.
Stipes spithamoeus ad pedalem, erectus, teres, glaber, fuscus, subnitidus, bine sulcatus.
Frons, circumscriptione, ovato-lanceolata, plerumque triplicato-pinnata, pinnis alternis, primariis subremotis, pinnulis
subunciam longis, breve petiolatis, linearibus, acutis, superne convexis, medio canaliculatis, viridibus,
subtus omnino pulcberrime aureo-flavis, inferioribus pinnarum non raro iterum pinnulatis. R a chis universalis
partialisque glabræ, pallide flavo-fuscæ. F r onde s stériles nondum vidimus.
Sori marginales, in sinu involucri inserti, demum pedicellorum elongatione pinnarum totum dorsum tegentes.
Involumim continuum, mai-ginale, membranaceum, flavum, primum capsulas omnino tegens, interius dehiscens.
C a p s u l æ numerosissimæ, flavæ, longe stipitatæ.
