Stipes etiam filiformis, bi-triuncialis, superne aiatus.
Frons, circumscriptione, ovato-lanceolata, 4—5 pollicaris, bipinnatifida, segmentis primariis ovato-lanceolatis,
laciniis lineari-oblongis, obtusis vel emarginatis, non raro inferioribus bifidis. Textura frondis ex areolis
parvis. Colo)', siccitate, fiisco-badius. Costa fusca.

termiualia, rotundata, bivalvia, valvis concavis, integen-imis.
Sori inclusi.
Capsula: paucæ, breviter pedicellatæ, spbærico-compressæ, coIuineDam brevem terminantes, annulo integro, obliquo.
