Stipes unciam ad duas vel tres uncias longus, dense paleaceo-squamosus, squamis magnis, imbricatis, rufo-fuscis,
membranaceis, pellucidis, integerrimis.

Frons, circumscriptione lanceolata, palmaris fere ad spitbammam, bipinnata, pinnis primariis subarcte dispositis,

crcnatis. Coler pidcherrime viridis, subtus pallidior.
Sori contigui, iu singulo segmento pinnularum solitarii, majusculi.
Involucrum rotundato-renifoi-me, convexum.
Capsnlce breviter pedicellatæ, annulatæ.
