Native of the Sandwich Islands.
The fronds, which arc pinnate, become narrower towards the
apex; the terminal pinna being large and pinnatifid. Pinnæ
pinnatifid, lanceolate, having rounded segments, and pptiolatc
except the apex of the frond. YT'ins pinnate, the basal pair
angularly anastomosing, and conspicuous.
Sori medial and circular.
L ength of frond twenty-four inches; colour deep green.
