An evergreen stove species.
Native of Jamaica.
In tro d u c ed into the Royal Gardens, Kew, iu the year 1843,
having been received from Mr. N . Wilson.
Sterile fronds simple, ohlong-lanceolate, acuminate, undulated,
h irsute, and pale green in colour. F e rtile fronds ohlong-
lanceolate and acuminate.
Both fronds articulated near the base of tho stipes, and lateral.
Rhizoma creeping and scaly.
L ength of sterile frond ten inches, fertile eight inches.
