Tho "Wreathed IlornhiU" of Latham (I c.) was founded npon a drawmg of a bill given in
Hay's translation of WiUughby's • Ornithology,' and whioh, having no lateral grooves, must have
belonged to tho present speeies. To tlris Qmclm gaye the name of obcunu, (I. c.)-, and two years
nfterwards Latham also gave to his Wreathed Hornhill a Latin title, and ealled it in his • Inde.x
