A r a r e handsome plant, apparently requiring considerable
care to cultivate it successfully.
An evergreen stove Fern.
Native of Jamaica, the West Indies, Mexico, and New
Grenada.
The fronds, ivhich are glabrous, are of a triangularly-elongate
form; hipinnatlfid, having oblong-acuminate pinnæ, and oblong-
obtuse segments, with a crenate margin.
Terminal, being adherent to an erect rhizoma.
Sori produced on the apex of a free veinlet within the
areoles, somewhat reniform.
