Lordship, not only because it relates to a Settlement
of which you may be considered the appointed
Guardian ; but, because it is well known that your
Lordship, even in the midst of the important duties
of your high official station, finds leisure for the encouragement
of all laudable attempts towards the extension

no other pretension, than that of having shared the
