The reconstruction was revised in the winter of 1947/48 in
the Natural History Museum at Basel under the supervision of
Dr S. S c h a u b. It was mounted on a cast of a Eucladoceros cal-
varium, for which E. ctenoides (Nesti) served as model, and a model
of the right antler was added (plate 2, 3). The whole reconstruction,
a beautiful addition to the show collection, was presented by Dr.
S. S c h a u b to the Teyler Museum.
