A. fronds lanceolate, herbaceous, subbipinnate, or bi-tri-pinnate ;
pinnules oblong ovate or lanceolate, sessile and distinct, or more or
less deourront and united, toothed, or inoiso-pinnatifld w itt the lobes
toothed ; the teeth acute, not spinnlose.
— (type) : fronds lanceolate, lax or drooping ; pinnæ approximate
or distinct ; the lower pair smaller deflexed ; pinnules flat, oblong
connected by a winged raohis and toothed, or linear-lanceolate distinct
and pinnatifid, the lobes more or less toothed. [Plate L II A.]
