Convex, cushion shaped, resembling Hypocrea, somewhat disc shaped,

tapermg to each end.
Tufts bursting through, convex, rosy, then w hitish. Threads repeatedly
forked, transparent.
Expanded, greyish flesh colour. Conidia elongated. They spread over
the leaves and colour the veins w itli a tint like that of raspberry cream.
