foliosus, apice lnchnatiis, basin versus nudus. Folia 2-5 pollices longa, 1-2 1/2 pollices lata, alterqa, disticha, breve petio-
lata, striafo-multmervia, merabranacea, oblonga v. elliptico-oblonga, apice breve acuminata (acumine obtusiusculo) v. sensim
acutata, basi angustata, supra glabra, subtus ad nervos pube rigidula brevissima dense hirtella. Petiolus 2-4 lineasdongus.
Pedunculi 2-15-flori, breves, cernui, glabrx. Pedicelli fasciculati v. subcymosi, cernui, glabri, 3-6 lineas longi, apice arti-
culati. PERiANraiuM 4-5 lineas longum, albidum (costis viridibus lineatum), cylindraceo-tubulosum, hexagonum, sexcostatum,
sexfidura, basi.turbinato-angustatum. Lacini* tubo subtriplo breviores, obtusae, apice inflexo dense.puberul.*, sub anthesi
patentes : extenores ovato-oblong*; interiores oblonga; et paululo breviores; Stamina perianthii tubo paululo longiora'.
Filamenta breve decurrentia, filiformia, dense hirtella, antheris paulo longibra. Anthers lute*, glabr*, sagittate-lineafes,
