glauca (nisi indumento obtecta), simplicia, unineçvia (nervo supra impresso, vix conspicuo; subtus plus minusve prominulo,
secus apicem evanescente), subavenia, plana v. complicata, breve petiolata, integerrima, obovato-v. spathulato-oblonga,
v. obovata, obtusa, nunc mutica, nunc mucrone subrecurvo apiculata. Folia inferiora caulis etramorum vegetiorum subpol-
licaria, superiora gradarim minora; summa et ramularia minima. Stipulæ subulatæ v. denticuliformes, cartilagineæ, minim*.

erecti, plerumque.minute ciliolati. Corolla purpurea, glabra, decidua. Vexillum 5 lineas longum, surrectum, ellipticum,
v. subrotundum, retusum, in unguem brevem cuneiformem angustatum. Carina vexillo paululo brevior, obtusa, subrecta,
basi subcordata ; unguibus linearibus, calyce demum plerumque longioribus. Alæ carina paululo breviores, subduplo angus-
tiores, semi-sagittato-oblongæ, obtus*, accumbentes. Stamina diadelpha, carina inclusa. Fjlamenta capillaria, anisometra.
